We are an organisation aiming to support vulnerable adults with care, support, and housing needs. We aim to empower, inspire individuals to integrate and access the community and enable them to live as independently as possible.
We support people with more complex needs including autism, mental health needs, physical disability, substance misuse, challenging behaviour, and profound and multiple learning disabilities.
We try to ensure we that those who we support can live life to the full whether by enabling them to live in their own homes, giving them prospects to benefit from community-based activities, or encouraging and supporting them into work or education.
We aim to provide person centred support from just few hours a week to those who may require round the clock support, outreach, opportunities and residential services.
